Company Description
Artless Cornerstone is a specialist health, wellbeing and organisational consultancy supporting individuals, professionals, teams and organisations through tailored, high-quality specialist services. Our work spans psychological wellbeing, neurodiversity and executive function, women’s and family wellbeing, physical health and performance, allied health, professional development, safeguarding, training and organisational consultancy. We bring together experienced independent practitioners and consultants selected for their expertise, depth of practice and commitment to high professional standards. Our multidisciplinary and safeguarding-informed approach is grounded in strong governance, clear professional boundaries and careful matching of clients with appropriate support. For individuals, Artless Cornerstone provides specialist wellbeing, therapeutic, coaching and allied-health support, delivered face-to-face in London and remotely across the UK where appropriate. For organisations, we provide consultancy, safeguarding support, reflective practice, workforce development, leadership support and bespoke training. Our approach is grounded in cultural humility, curiosity and care that considers context, recognising that identity, culture, relationships, family and lived experience can shape wellbeing and people’s experiences of support.
Independent Practitioner Opportunity
Artless Cornerstone is inviting appropriately qualified practitioners with specialist experience in perinatal, maternal and family wellbeing to join our Independent Practitioner Framework. This is an independent practitioner opportunity, not an employed or salaried position. There are no guaranteed hours or minimum referral volumes. We are looking for practitioners with demonstrable expertise in supporting women, parents and families through fertility, pregnancy, the postnatal period, parenthood and family transition. Depending on the practitioner’s approved scope and availability, services may be provided face-to-face in London and/or remotely across the UK.
Role Description
The practitioner will provide specialist, individualised support to women, parents and families across the reproductive and parenting journey. Services may include:
- Fertility & Emotional Wellbeing
- Pregnancy Wellbeing
- Postnatal Wellbeing
- Maternal Wellbeing & Burnout Support
- Parenting & Family Wellbeing
- Return-to-Work After Parenthood Coaching
- Pregnancy & Postnatal Wellbeing Programmes
- Support where loss, fear or trauma has affected the reproductive journey
Practitioners will only be authorised to provide services that fall within their individual qualifications, experience, competence and professional scope of practice. Professional activity may include undertaking appropriate wellbeing assessments; providing one-to-one support; developing individualised plans and goals; supporting emotional adjustment and family transition; reviewing progress; and providing appropriate information, guidance and signposting. Practitioners should be able to work thoughtfully with the psychological, relational and practical complexities that can accompany fertility, pregnancy, birth, the postnatal period and parenthood. The practitioner will maintain accurate and confidential records using AC-approved systems and work within AC’s safeguarding, information-governance, professional and quality standards. Where needs or risks fall outside the practitioner’s competence or the scope of an AC service, practitioners must recognise this and facilitate appropriate escalation, signposting or onward referral. There may also be opportunities to contribute to relevant group programmes, workshops, training or service-development activities where these fall within the practitioner’s professional competence and are separately agreed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
