Love organisation? Thrive on solving problems? Ready to support a high-performing clinical team? Join us and play a key role in workforce coordination, recruitment and operational support within our Perioperative Suite.
The Perioperative Suite is seeking an Administration & Clinical Support Officer to join the team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and manage a broad range of workforce administration processes, including workforce data entry, Kronos roster management, leave administration, payroll support and employee entitlements.
You will prepare, analyse and maintain workforce reports and data to support workforce planning, recruitment and operational decision-making, while supporting clinical managers with end-to-end recruitment processes. You will also prepare and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports and organisational records, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Working closely with a range of stakeholders, you will build and maintain effective relationships, identify issues and implement practical solutions to support the efficient operation of the Perioperative Suite.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and negotiator with well-developed organisational skills and high-level administrative and data management capabilities. You will be able to identify, analyse and solve problems affecting work objectives, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
You will be proactive, flexible and professional in your approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities. Most importantly, you will be committed to delivering services that reflect the CHS values of Reliable, Progressive, Respectful and Kind.
