The Role

As a Peripatetic Home Manager & Quality Auditor, you will play a key role in:

  • Providing experienced operational leadership across Quantum Care homes, including interim Home Manager support and service stabilisation.
  • Driving quality improvement, compliance, auditing activities and regulatory readiness to support outstanding care standards.
  • Delivering temporary Home Manager cover without responsibility for Registered Manager status, allowing you to focus on operational leadership, support, quality improvement and service enhancement while CQC registration responsibilities remain managed through existing organisational arrangements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent) with ongoing CPD and a full UK driving licence. (Essential)
  • Significant Home Manager experience within residential and/or dementia care services. (Essential)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, and care sector legislation. (Essential)
  • Proven leadership skills with experience developing teams, managing performance, budgets, and inspections. (Essential)
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive improvement and work independently. (Essential)
  • Registered Manager Award, higher-level management qualification, or quality/audit-related qualification. (Desirable)

Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £68,000 - £70,000 per annum plus £5500 car allowance (dependant on experience and qualifications)

Location: Head Office - Welwyn Garden City – Travelling across Hertfordshire and surrounding to all Care Home site.
