Role: Peripatetic Registered Manager
As a Peripatetic Registered Manager, you'll bring your leadership, experience and regulatory knowledge to different Bright Futures adult homes, providing high-quality interim management and support when it matters most.
Responsibilities
- Whether a home is preparing to open, going through a period of change, facing a challenge or working towards improvement, you'll be there to provide confident leadership and help teams deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
- At times, you may take full responsibility for a home, stepping into the role of Registered Manager with CQC. At other times, you'll work alongside an existing Registered Manager, providing focused, hands-on support to help them achieve their statutory, regulatory and quality objectives.
- It's a varied role that will see you work across different teams, homes and situations – so you'll need to be adaptable, confident and comfortable getting stuck in. You'll provide strong, visible leadership across our adult homes, helping teams to create safe, positive environments where people can thrive.

What You'll Bring
- You'll be an experienced Registered Manager with a strong understanding of CQC requirements and the leadership skills to quickly understand a service, identify priorities and make things happen.
- Confident leading adult social care services and managing teams.
- Experienced in working within a regulated environment and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Strong on safeguarding, with a clear understanding of your responsibility to protect people from harm.
- Comfortable stepping into challenging situations and providing calm, decisive leadership.
- Able to build trust and positive relationships quickly with teams, people we support, families and professionals.
- Organised and able to balance competing priorities while keeping people at the heart of your decisions.
- Passionate about developing people and creating teams that feel supported, accountable and motivated.
- Flexible and willing to work across different Bright Futures locations depending on where your expertise is needed.
