Team Manager – London Perm Sales
PRS are looking to appoint a Team Manager to their London Permanent Sales team to allow space for internal promotions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be leading a team of 3, have access to PSL clients and be responsible for personal and team billing targets.
Responsibilities
- Setting KPIs and ensuring weekly delivery
- Attending meetings with consultants to maximise business development cross selling opportunities.
- Training
- Pipeline management
- Process delivery
- Morning stand ups and goal setting
- Setting out a clear path of roles and responsibilities for the team to follow.

Goals
Goals for promotion will be development of existing team members as well as 2 additional hires in 12 months.

Requirements
Background in technical recruitment essential, facilities, engineering, building maintenance, construction, energy and data centers all considered.
Work Arrangement
- 4 days in London
- 1 day from home
- 8.30-5pm with early Friday finish
Compensation
Starting salary is £45-£55k depending on experience and billing history, OTE £100K+
