Full Time Nanny Job - Poole. BH14
A full-time permanent nanny is sought for a wonderful family in Lilliput, Poole.
Family has two girls, baby 6 months old and 4 ½ year old.
Position to start in October 2026.
Family offer 49 hours per a week over 4 ½ days.
- Monday: 8-6
- Tuesday: 7-7
- Wednesday: 7-7
- Thursday: 8-6
- Friday: 8-1
Your daytimes will be focused on the baby, providing a fun age-appropriate day within the home and local community. Offering days with plenty of fresh air and stimulating activities. You will support with nursery duties when baby sleeps such as laundry, tidying kitchen, tidying children’s spaces, meal preparation, and activity planning.
You will provide care for 4 ½ year old before school, after school, and during the school holidays. Duties include school drop-offs and collections and support with reading, school homework, and after-school activities. During the school holidays, the nanny will arrange fun days out to the beach, forest, country parks, balanced with fun at home for both children.

You must feel confident providing sole charge care of the children. You must have proven baby experience with a clear understanding of baby/childhood milestones with confidence to implement and support each stage of development.
The right nanny will hold a minimum of 3 years professional childcare experience with checkable references. You will be a car driver with your own car for work purposes. Previous nanny experience is preferred. Previous professional under 5s experience is essential.
