Permanent Nanny Job - Westbourne, BH4
A lovely family with two children, a girl aged 2 years and a boy aged 5 years, seek a long-term nanny to join their family.
Care Requirements
- Tuesdays: 8am until 8pm
- Wednesdays: Either just afternoon 3pm until 6pm or before and after school. 7:30am until 9am & 3pm until 6pm.
Tuesday Responsibilities:
- Support the morning routine
- Take the 5-year-old to school
- Provide a fun, engaging day with the 2-year-old
- Offer educational play at home balanced with visits to local parks, activities, and groups
- Support with nursery duties whilst she sleeps
- Collect the 6-year-old from school and support the evening time, dinner, bath, and bedtime routine for both children
Wednesday Responsibilities:
- Ideally provide before school support, supporting the morning routine and taking them to school/nursery
- If only providing the afternoon, collect the eldest from school then the youngest from nursery, take them home, have a fun afternoon, provide them with dinner, and follow the evening routine.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years previous professional childcare experience with checkable references
- Previous nanny experience preferred
- Car driver with own car essential
Salary
- To reflect experience and qualifications
- Example Salary: £18 gross per hour
- Hourly Rates:
- 15 hours per week: £270 gross per week, £14,040 gross per year
- 16.5 hours per week: £297 gross per week, £15,444 gross per year
Start Date
- Position to ideally start September 2026 with flexibility for earlier or later start for the right nanny.
