Permanent Paid Social & eCommerce Marketing Manager Role - Hybrid Central London

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Benefits
Location: Hybrid London / UK based
Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Social & eCommerce Marketing Manager to help scale a fast-growing consumer brand across the UK and EU.

This is an execution-first role. We’re not looking for someone who is purely strategic or primarily manages large agency teams. We need someone who can get stuck in — creating content, writing copy, contributing to design, improving landing pages, managing launches and working closely with paid media partners.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead the rollout and consistency of the new brand across digital, retail, partnerships and campaigns.
  • Manage and improve the Shopify website, landing pages and eCommerce conversion funnel.
  • Plan and create organic social and marketing content.
  • Lead paid social creative, briefs, testing and performance alongside external partners.
  • Work closely with Meta and Amazon agencies to align activity with commercial objectives.
  • Write copy for websites, ads, email, campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage product launches, campaigns, influencer/affiliate activity and content production.
  • Track performance across revenue, CAC, conversion, retention and channel performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
