Build a Specialist Recruitment Career with Core Group USA

Are you an ambitious recruiter looking for more than just another recruitment job?

At Core Group USA, we specialise exclusively in recruiting professionals across the U.S. environmental consulting industry. Our clients range from boutique consultancies to some of North America's most respected engineering and environmental firms, and we recruit everything from experienced engineers/scientists to C-suite executives.

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team, working directly alongside the division's highest performing recruiter.

From day one, you'll work on live assignments, receive hands-on mentoring, and build expertise within a specialist market where quality, relationships, and long-term success are valued over high-volume recruitment.

If you're looking for a business where your progression is based on performance rather than time served, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You'll begin as a dedicated 180 Recruitment Consultant, focusing on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and managing exceptional candidates across the U.S. environmental consulting market.

You'll work on retained and exclusive assignments, partnering with some of the industry's leading firms while developing into a recognised market specialist.

As you build experience and consistently deliver results, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, taking ownership of both client relationships and candidate delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
