Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: A GBP 16.78 per hour (Equivalent annual salary of approximately A GBP 26,200 per annum based on a 30-hour working week)
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, 30 Hours per week)

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable and motivated Permanent Support Worker to join an established team supporting a male client living with cerebral palsy in his family home in Horsham. This is a permanent employed role with guaranteed contracted hours of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Our client enjoys good conversation, social outings, football, meeting new people and gaming on his PlayStation. He uses a wheelchair in the community but can walk short distances with support and a walking aid.

About The Role
You will provide day-to-day support that promotes independence, wellbeing and community participation. Responsibilities include:
- Personal care support
- Mobility assistance
- Supporting daily routines
- Accompanying the client on social and community activities
- Promoting independence and choice
- Supporting meaningful activities and hobbies
This role offers the opportunity to build a consistent working relationship with the client and join a dedicated, supportive team.

What We're Looking For
- Caring, reliable and professional approach
- Experience in care is desirable but not essential
- Confidence supporting personal care
- Good communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (the role includes driving an automatic vehicle)
- Enhanced DBS check (funded if required)
- Right to work in the UK
