Recruitment Consultant | Property & Construction
Location: Castlemead, Lower Castle Street, Bristol, BS1 3AG
Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Property & Construction team in Bristol, specialising in the growing social housing sector across Bristol and the South West. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a specialist desk, build lasting client relationships and connect talented professionals with rewarding opportunities. With uncapped bonus potential, industry leading training and clear career progression, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with clients across the social housing sector
- Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Taking job briefs and providing recruitment solutions
- Sourcing, attracting and headhunting high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
- Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
- Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For
- Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Property & Construction or a related sector
- Strong business development and relationship building skills
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
