- Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

- Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
- Company: Reed Bristol – Permanents Legal
- Location: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.
- Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
- Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
- Contract: Full time and permanent

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Legal division, you'll play a key role in connecting talented legal professionals with in-house legal teams across the South West.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing relationships with legal employers
- Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying legal professionals
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Business development, identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Providing expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients and candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong network within the legal sector
- Working towards and exceeding individual and team performance targets

Whilst previous legal recruitment experience is not essential, an interest in the legal sector and a desire to learn about the market is important. We'll provide the training, support and tools to help you become a trusted recruitment expert.
