£27,500 - £40,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Accountancy sector in Preston, you'll play a key role in connecting talented entry level finance professionals with leading businesses across Preston and the surrounding area.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and grow relationships with businesses across Preston and the surrounding area.
- Source, interview and place Accountancy professionals across temporary, permanent and interim opportunities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development and client meetings through to offer management and placement.
- Build a strong network of finance professionals and establish yourself as a market specialist.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals.
- Provide consultative hiring solutions to clients and career advice to candidates.
- Negotiate terms, fees and offers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Utilise Reed's market-leading technology, database and job board access to identify and attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or another target-driven environment is highly desirable.
- Resilient, proactive and motivated by success and earning potential.
- A consultative approach with a genuine passion for helping people and businesses succeed.
