What is this role about?
This role will acquire regulatory clearances, permits, and licenses for the operations of depots/terminals, stations, and other facilities.
What will YOU do?
- Act as representative and/or liaison during the permits acquisition process from application to issuance
- Secure and submit the application forms and checklists needed for the acquisition of the appropriate clearances, permits, and licenses
- Collect the papers and documents required in the course of permit acquisition
- Prepare Check Payment Requests (CPRs) for various payment obligations and cash advances in connection to permit acquisition
- Verify the compliance of dealers/distributors with the applicable regulatory requirements
- Maintain the relationship with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) with respect to the acquisition of the requisite permits for stations and depots with respect to the acquisition of the requisite permits for stations and depots
- Monitor the status of permit acquisition, including the remaining effectivity and subsequent renewals thereof

- Must be a graduate of Legal Management/ LLB/ Political Science
- Open to fresh graduates - but those with related experience will have an advantage
- Willing to do fieldwork as needed
