Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Northampton. The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing documents and presentations. The role involves handling correspondence, maintaining records, organizing files, and assisting with meeting agendas and follow-up actions. The Personal Assistant will help coordinate internal and external interactions, support project-related tasks across the portfolio companies, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Proficiency with office software and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email and calendar platforms, online collaboration tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and interact confidently with stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism when handling confidential information and supporting senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with property, finance, or technology sectors is an advantage but not essential.
  • Relevant education or training in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
