Personal Assistant / Operations Support
Part-Time | 2 Days Per Week | London / Remote
I'm partnering with an exciting Norwegian health and wellness business that is expanding its presence in the UK and looking for a proactive, commercially minded Personal Assistant / Operations Support professional to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the founder of a growing international business, supporting both day-to-day executive responsibilities and the wider development of its UK operations.
The role offers plenty of variety, autonomy and flexibility, making it ideal for someone who enjoys getting involved across different areas of a business rather than being restricted to a traditional PA remit.
The Role
You'll work directly with the Oslo-based founder, helping coordinate her UK activities and ensuring the practical and operational side of the business runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Diary management, scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Arranging international travel, accommodation and expenses.
- Supporting the setup and ongoing organisation of the UK business.
- Coordinating events, meetings and UK-based activities.
- Liaising with external suppliers, partners and stakeholders.
- Providing general operational and administrative support.
- Assisting with marketing, communications and wider commercial initiatives.
- Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and helping establish efficient processes as the business grows.

About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working independently.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Experience in PA, EA, administration, operations or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A commercially aware mindset and an interest in how businesses operate.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities without needing constant direction.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to get stuck in.
- An interest in health, wellness or nutrition would be advantageous, but isn't essential.

Working Arrangements
- Part-time – initially 2 days per week.
- Fully flexible working days and hours.
- Remote working, with access to a London office.
- Open to candidates with other professional commitments alongside this position.
