Personal Assistant

Full time - Office based - Eastleigh - from £30,000 - £40,800

About the Company

You'll be joining a fast-growing engineering business where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. As the company expands into new markets, develops new systems and continues to innovate, you'll play a key role at the centre of the action, providing high-level support to a senior leader and helping keep the business moving forward.

You'll be supporting an approachable, personable senior leader who works at pace, so you'll enjoy staying one step ahead, anticipating what is needed and adapting quickly to changing priorities. You'll also need to be comfortable with his friendly dog, who makes the occasional appearance in the office!

About the PA Role

As Personal Assistant to a senior leader, you'll become a trusted member of the team, providing the organisation, coordination and practical support needed to ensure priorities are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a busy diary, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Triaging emails, drafting responses and handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Preparing board packs, investor presentations, reports and briefing documents.
  • Coordinating board and leadership meetings and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Maintaining operational trackers, documentation and reporting on key business initiatives.
  • Organising UK and global travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinating internal events, conferences and external meetings.
  • Managing expenses and supporting wider business administration.
  • Occasionally accompanying the senior leader on UK and overseas business trips.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
