As a Personal Assistant at our York Hospital, you will use your diverse administration and planning skills to primarily support the Senior Management Team in the smooth running of a busy hospital.
As the Personal Assistant, you will:
- Manage email and diary coordination.
- Control and facilitate meeting schedules.
- Arrange and minute key committee meetings.
- Analyse and collate data.
- Management of the patient complaints and compliments process.
- Ensure Practicing Privilege documentation is up to date and in line with policy requirements.
- Coordinate new Practicing Privilege applications and renewals.
- Prepare presentations and reports to tight deadlines.
- Liaise with third-party stakeholders including consultants.
- Provide administration support to the Senior Management Team.

To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need:
- Sound knowledge and competency in IT systems.
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a proactive and responsive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
