Support Administrator – Portfolio Management Team

Your Role
Provide administrative support to Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, and cross-functional teams, including:

Critical operational tasks:
- Extensive diary management and cross-global coordination
- Meeting scheduling across time zones
- Domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries)
- Expense processing and T&E budget management
- Holiday record-keeping
- Close collaboration with other junior PAs during absences

Digitally enabled processes:
- Administration of internal systems and databases
- Task coverage and overall workload prioritisation

Other responsibilities:
- Additional duties as assigned

Key Skills & Qualifications
Required
✔ Fundamental administrative skills – Proven team secretary/PA experience in a financial services environment mandatory ✔ Exceptional organisation – Advanced Microsoft Outlook, task prioritisation, and exceptional typing ✔ Beginner finance setting – Can handle strict discretion and confidentiality in a high-trust environment ✔ Agility and initiative – Ability to resolve issues independently and be a self-starter ✔ Diary management & travel coordination – Multi-zonal scheduling proficiency

Preferred
🟡 Experience with global industry (Medium/Large-sized organisations preferred) 🟡 Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Do you use PivotTables, VLOOKUP, or advanced formulas regularly?). 🟡 Willingness to undertake projects when business needs change
