We’re currently partnering with a fast-growing retailer in the North West to recruit a Personal Assistant to the CEO. The business has built a strong reputation for offering on-trend home and lifestyle products. This is an exciting time to join the business as it continues to grow. Working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and CEO, you’ll become part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are quite the same. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop their experience supporting a senior leadership team within a growing business.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and diary support to the CEO and Senior EA
- Manage emails, appointments, travel and accommodation
- Organise weekly priorities, trackers and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Support executive projects, events and ad hoc requirements
- Assist with the smooth running of the office

Role Requirements:
- Previous administrative, PA or executive support experience
- Experience arranging travel for senior individuals or teams
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Eager to learn and develop
- Full driving licence required
