Personal Assistant
Location: South West, London
Salary: £40–£50k
Temp To Perm
We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level support to a senior members of the Executive Leadership Team within a leading sports organisation. This is a key role requiring exceptional organisational ability, strong judgment, and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, including prioritising requests, resolving conflicts, and ensuring optimal use of time.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, collate briefing materials, and ensure all follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
- Produce high-quality documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Liaise with internal departments and externals at all levels, including senior executives.

- Support the planning and coordination of leadership meetings, staff briefings, off-sites, and events.
- Maintain accurate records, contact lists, and confidential information in line with organisational policies.
- Provide occasional cover and support to other Personal Assistants where required.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and administrative tasks to support the wider leadership team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to ask for guidance when appropriate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly to changing demands.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and confident using initiative without close supervision.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
