An exciting opportunity is available to join this department as a Personal Assistant within the Data Journey team, based in our Glasgow office.

What will the role involve?

This role supports the TPA Executive Team and the wider TPA Business Unit by providing high-quality executive support, coordination and operational assistance.

Combining proactive executive support, stakeholder management and operational coordination, the role plays a key part in enabling the TPA Executive Team to operate effectively. It is integral to keeping priorities organised, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring the smooth delivery of business objectives across the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and distributing meeting materials.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with experience of systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics or similar being advantageous.
  • Ability to produce accurate reports, presentations and professional communications to a high standard.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, combined with excellent attention to detail.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
