Personal Assistant | Business & Private Client Tax | Hybrid Working | London
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a role where you'll become a true part of the business rather than simply supporting one individual?
We're partnering with a highly respected professional services firm to recruit a proactive, organised and personable PA to support two Tax Partners, whilst playing a key role within a collaborative team of over 15 tax professionals.
This is a varied, fast-paced position where you'll be trusted to keep everything running smoothly, building strong relationships across the business and providing first-class support to both colleagues and clients.
You'll be responsible for:
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, travel and schedules
- Drafting correspondence, reports and client documentation
- Billing, financial administration and engagement processes
- Supporting client onboarding and AML administration
- Organising training and team meetings
- Working closely with a friendly internal support team to ensure the department runs seamlessly

We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous PA experience within accountancy, finance, legal or another professional services environment
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate what needs to be done before being asked
