Overview
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Supply Chain Senior Director, Customer, Planning and Logistics Teams, managing priorities, schedules, leadership routines and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the Senior Director’s diary, meetings and priorities, resolving conflicts and ensuring effective use of time.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials and follow-up actions.
- Organise travel, accommodation, itineraries and associated logistics.
- Manage expenses, purchase orders and relevant administrative processes.
- Support preparation and coordination of presentations, reports and leadership communications.
- Track key actions, deadlines and commitments, proactively following up with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate team events, leadership sessions and other business activities.
- Manage correspondence and incoming requests, ensuring appropriate prioritisation and follow-up.
- Build strong relationships across Supply Chain and key cross-functional teams.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Anticipate upcoming requirements, identify potential conflicts and proactively resolve issues.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the Senior Director and wider leadership team operate effectively.

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
- Strong judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential matters.
