Bond Street -comprehensive benefits 4 days in office, 1 day home-based.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised PA to join a busy and professional organisation, providing varied support to the Head of Marketing and wider team. This is a diverse and hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering a high standard of work and is keen to get involved across different areas of the business.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day PA and administrative support, including diary management and arranging travel and accommodation.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of events, conferences and forums, including sending invitations, collating responses, preparing menus and coordinating arrangements.
- Updating publications and ensuring information and materials are accurate and well presented.
- Liaising with the Marketing team on conferences, events and marketing materials.
- Providing wider administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the team and helping with ad hoc projects as required.

About You
We are looking for someone with around 3–4 years’ Team Assistant / PA experience, ideally gained within a varied administrative role, possibly some exposure to event co-ordination. We are hoping to find a strong all-rounder with transferable experience, the right attitude and a genuine desire to contribute.

You will be:
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Meticulous and detail-focused, with excellent accuracy and follow-through.
- Good IT/ Systems skills, confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- A strong communicator who is professional, personable and client-focused.
- Flexible, positive and hands-on, with a willingness to support colleagues and get involved.
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities.
