Location: Cannon Street, City
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH after 6-month probation)
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000
We have a fantastic opportunity for a personal assistant to join a dynamic and social financial planning firm in the heart of the City. Working in a friendly team of PAs, you will provide dedicated support to the Operations Director and two of the Partners, playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. It’s a collaborative team that values both performance and personality and rewards hard work by hosting amazing summer and Christmas parties, and much more.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbox and diary management
- Coordinating client meetings and scheduling
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting event management activities
- Building and managing stakeholder relationships
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a personal assistant
- Background in financial services preferred, but open to professional services
- Solid understanding of the financial services market
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident IT skills
