Job Title: Private Personal Assistant supporting two Principals
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
Location: Remote, with regular attendance in London and occasional travel

Working Pattern/Hybrid: Predominantly remote, with flexibility to attend London and private residences when required

The Opportunity
C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional Private Personal Assistant to support two Principals within a highly successful private family office. This is a broad, interesting and varied Private Personal Assistant role, covering the Principals’ personal affairs, residences, international travel, family commitments and day-to-day lives. Predominantly remote, the position requires regular attendance in London and occasional travel. Working closely with another Private PA, the successful Private Personal Assistant will have direct exposure to both Principals and become a trusted member of a small, experienced team. This opportunity would suit a proactive, intelligent and resourceful individual who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities and delivering consistently high standards.

Key responsibilities for this Private Personal Assistant position:
- Managing administration relating to multiple private residences in the UK and overseas
- Liaising with household staff, contractors, property managers, suppliers and professional advisers
- Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems, including OneDrive
- Coordinating household maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects
- Managing household expenditure, invoices, insurance policies and service providers
- Reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records
- Organising complex international travel, accommodation, visas, transfers and detailed itineraries
- Managing diaries, appointments, reservations and personal commitments
- Assisting with personal shopping, sourcing, gifting and bespoke requests
- Coordinating purchases, deliveries, collections and household logistics
- Organising private entertaining, family events and guest arrangements
- Researching specialist suppliers, tradespeople, restaurants, travel options and services
- Tracking multiple ongoing matters and proactively driving actions through to completion
- Responding calmly and effectively to unexpected situations and urgent requests
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Previous experience as a Private Personal Assistant supporting UHNW individuals within a family office, private office or similarly demanding environment
- Exceptional organisation skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Strong financial and numeracy skills, including confidence working with multiple currencies
- A proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgement and work without constant direction
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with a wide range of stakeholders
- Resourcefulness, persistence and the ability to research unusual or complex requests
- Emotional intelligence, discretion and complete respect for confidentiality
- A calm and adaptable approach when priorities change
- Excellent knowledge of London, including high-quality services, suppliers and experiences
- Flexibility regarding occasional travel and attendance at private residences
- An interest in art, interiors, antiques or craftsmanship would be advantageous but is not essential
