About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and personable Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our CEO and Group Chairman. This is a varied role at the heart of the business, offering a great opportunity for someone with previous PA or administrative support experience to develop their career. You’ll play an important role in supporting two busy senior leaders, managing their diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, keeping track of actions and priorities, and helping to ensure their day-to-day commitments run smoothly.

Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm. Occasional flexibility may be required outside of normal working hours, along with some travel within the UK as required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing busy diaries, appointments and meetings, helping to make the best use of the CEO and Group Chairman’s time.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and keeping track of actions and deadlines.
  • Organising travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Supporting with emails, correspondence, telephone calls and general administration.
  • Keeping on top of priorities and proactively following up with colleagues on outstanding actions.
  • Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for colleagues, clients, partners and visitors to the office.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Providing administrative support for projects and initiatives across the Group.
  • Supporting our People team with company events and activities.
  • Helping to keep our Central Leeds office running smoothly, including coordinating suppliers and maintaining office supplies.
  • Providing support to the wider team when required.

Qualifications

You’ll ideally have some previous experience working as a PA, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.

Required Skills

  • Is exceptionally organised and enjoys keeping things on track.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right.
  • Can confidently manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Is comfortable building relationships and dealing with people at all levels.
  • Is proactive and willing to use initiative.
  • Is trustworthy and understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Has a positive, flexible and collaborative approach.
  • Is happy working from our Central Leeds office and able to travel occasionally when required.
