Personal Assistant | Insurance

£50,000 - £55,000
City | Hybrid

Meraki Talent is working with a renowned Insurance firm based in the heart of the City, looking for a solid PA to join their team.

This role will be supporting at c-suite level, with complex diary management, managing multiple meetings, deadlines, and organizing agendas.

EA Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management for multiple c-suite executives
  • Prioritise and coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and strategic commitments.
  • Manage high volume inboxes with strong judgement and prioritisation skills.
  • Prepare executives thoroughly ahead of meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Produce high-quality agendas, briefing packs, board papers, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend senior leadership and C-suite meetings when required.
  • Support with governance, meeting minutes/actions points.

  • Must have experience as an EA with Insurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple c-suite executives with busy diaries.
  • Strong agenda experience, dealing with document preparation at tight deadlines.
  • Excellent time management.
  • A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
