Job Purpose
We are hiring a Personal Assistant to provide considered, high-quality administrative and organisational support to 3 senior leaders at Burberry. This role will help create clarity, flow and pace across busy executive schedules, ensuring leaders are prepared, informed and able to focus on business priorities. Working closely with the Executive Assistant, wider teams and business partners, you will play an important role in enabling seamless ways of working. This is an opportunity to bring discretion, judgement and craft to the everyday details that help our teams perform at their best.

Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, agendas and schedules across time zones, adapting thoughtfully as priorities change.
- Support meeting preparation by gathering relevant background information, coordinating materials and helping leaders stay on track throughout the day.
- Act as a key point of contact between executives, direct reports and wider teams, ensuring communication is clear, timely and well managed.
- Plan detailed travel arrangements and itineraries, including flights, accommodation and local transport.
- Process expenses accurately and in line with company policy, maintaining organised digital and physical records.
- Contribute to smooth office and departmental operations, including townhall support, distribution lists, team engagement moments, stationery, post and desk booking support.

Personal Profile
- Experience providing PA or administrative support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Trusted with confidential information, demonstrating sound judgement, integrity and discretion.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and respond effectively to changing needs.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, meeting technology and digital tools to support efficient ways of working.
- Clear and thoughtful communicator, with strong attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a proactive approach to supporting teams and providing cover when needed.
