Job Title: Personal Assistant
As a Personal Assistant, the successful postholder will play a key role in providing administrative support to the VP Marketing and VP Programming within the Direct to Consumer / Disney+ team, liaising with multiple contacts in EMEA & the US.
They will maintain a high professional standard of communication between their office and all internal and external contacts and manage highly confidential information. This role is an integral part of the Programming & Marketing teams, and as a focal point of contact for the division, you’ll judge priorities and ensure the delivery of a high level of service.
Please note: This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
- Provide first class administrative support to the VP Marketing and VP Programming
- Complete diary management for both VP’s, ensuring timing and logistical details in place
- Co-ordinate meetings, lunches and dinners
- Prepare meeting agendas and live decks for team meetings
- Co-ordinate marketing campaign planning meetings for VP Marketing, liaising with campaign planning team to adhere to deadlines
- Inbox management for both VP’s, assisting with triaging emails and flagging urgent priority responses
- Manage all travel requirements including travel itineraries and bookings (both European and International), including bi-weekly travel for the VP Programming from Amsterdam to the London office. Ensure all travel is executed timely and with local knowledge and input
- Process expenses for VP Marketing and VP Programming in a timely manner via the Concur system
- Management of multiple approval processes for both VP’s, such as holiday requests, expenses, IT requests etc.
- Prioritise daily workload, in conjunction with urgent requirements
- Assist with management of Monthly Content Briefing webinar for the VP Programming
- Assist with collating weekly EMEA reports for VP Marketing & VP Programming
- Management of distribution lists for the Marketing and Programming teams
- Assist with recruitment process by working with internal recruitment team to schedule interviews and prioritise preparation time
- Work closely with the EA to SVP & GM, Disney+ EMEA on wider DTC team initiatives such as team meetings, events, away days as appropriate
- Provide holiday and sickness cover as required for the EA to SVP & GM, Disney+ EMEA
- Be an integral member of the Programming and Marketing and management teams
- Confidant to both VP’s, being trusted eyes and ears to help gauge team morale and spot problems early on
- Support on team meetings, events and away days as appropriate
- Lead on quarterly socials for both teams
- Provide support on team culture for both teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as Personal Assistant, supporting more than one executive
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and without supervision
- Demonstrable working knowledge of SAP and Concur
- Experience with booking and managing travel
- Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Knowledge of Excel
- Friendly, outgoing, professional and polite
- Open, flexible approachable
- Organised and detail oriented – excellent level of accuracy
- Able to work in a deadline driven environment and meet tight deadlines
- Dynamic and enthusiastic
- Highly discreet and aware of sensitive & confidential information and situations
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation – ability to be concise and inform
- Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, be pro-active and take initiative
- Collaborative working style
- Team player, ability to form excellent working relationships with colleagues (internally & externally)
- Excellent and advanced computer skills essential in following - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
