About Me and the Role

WANT A JOB THAT'S A BIT DIFFERENT?
I'm a 30-year-old man looking for Personal Assistants to join me in Newark.
I'm a full-time wheelchair user, and I'm looking for someone who can support me with everyday life but this definitely isn't a boring, sit-at-home kind of job!

What You Could Be Getting Up To

  • Coming to wheelchair basketball with me
  • Heading to the cinema
  • Shopping and getting out and about
  • Helping me volunteer at the local food bank
  • Getting me to the swimming pool for physiotherapy
  • Chilling at home when that's what I fancy
  • Helping with personal care and healthcare

I'm a big Manchester United fan, enjoy keeping busy and have a good sense of humour.
There's also my cockapoo so you'll need to be happy around dogs!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
