One day, you could be coordinating travel, planning an event or supporting an exciting commercial or community project. The next, you may be managing changing priorities, liaising with external partners or helping to keep several businesses running smoothly.

You will gain exposure to well-known local brands, organisations and a wide variety of projects, making this an opportunity that goes far beyond traditional diary management.

This is not a polished corporate environment with rigid processes. It is a close-knit, hands-on workplace where people work hard, enjoy what they do and are prepared to roll up their sleeves when needed.

The team is built on trust and a shared mindset: no task is beneath anyone, and if something needs doing, they get it done. Personality matters just as much as professionalism, so a positive attitude and a good sense of humour are important.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you will be a key part of a small but highly effective team, providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director.

Your role will be to make their working life easier, help everything run more smoothly and stay one step ahead. You will take ownership of tasks, anticipate needs and provide practical support across a varied mix of business, commercial and community activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
