Personal Assistant to Tax Partners West End, London | Office Based | Excellent Benefits

Our client, a highly respected and well-established Chartered Accountancy practice in London's West End, is looking for a polished and proactive PA to support two Business and Private Client Tax Partners. This is far more than a traditional diary management role. You'll become the Partners' trusted right-hand person, ensuring they remain organised, clients receive an exceptional service, and the team operates efficiently. The Role
Working closely with two busy Partners, your responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary and inbox management using Microsoft Outlook
- Managing meeting schedules, room bookings, and forward planning
- Preparing correspondence, reports, proposals, and client documentation
- Drafting responses to emails and handling correspondence on behalf of the Partners
- Regularly reviewing priorities and outstanding actions with the Partners
- Supporting billing, fee notes, timesheets, expenses, and financial administration
- Assisting with client onboarding, engagement procedures, and AML documentation
- Attending team meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points
- Coordinating tax training and development for the wider team
- Maintaining accurate digital records and confidential information
- Providing occasional reception and telephone cover alongside the wider support team

About You
You'll be a confident and highly organised PA who enjoys working in a professional services environment and thrives on keeping busy people one step ahead.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Team Assistant
- Experience gained within accountancy, financial services, legal, or another professional services environment
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience using CCH would be advantageous but is not essential
