Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant at UDOU Group. The Personal Assistant will provide proactive administrative and organizational support, including:

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Handling correspondence
  • Preparing meeting agendas and notes
  • Maintaining task lists
  • Following up on action items to ensure timely completion

The role also involves supporting executive team members with:

  • Clerical tasks
  • Organizing workflows
  • Helping prioritize activities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including experience supporting senior leaders or high-demand professionals.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage professional correspondence and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient Diary Management skills, including calendar coordination, scheduling across time zones, and meeting preparation.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, such as document organization, data entry, basic reporting, and maintaining clean, accurate records.
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools (e.g., email, calendars, project management platforms), and basic office software.
  • Prior experience in a remote or fast-paced, performance-driven environment is preferred.
  • Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
