Your New Role
We’re working with an established organisation who are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a varied role with a strong focus on administration, document processing and customer service. You’ll be responsible for preparing and processing documents, maintaining accurate records, responding to queries and providing day-to-day support to customers and internal teams. You’ll also assist with correspondence, reports, meetings and general coordination, ensuring everything is completed accurately and within required timescales.

Ensuring Your Success
To be successful, you’ll have previous experience in a PA, Personal Assistant, Administrator or customer-focused administrative role, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You’ll be confident handling documents and information accurately, communicating with customers and colleagues professionally, and managing multiple priorities in a busy environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills and good Microsoft Office knowledge are important, along with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
