Legal PA - Permanent Role - Hybrid Working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

Newly created Legal PA role working for a highly regarded international law firm with a collaborative, ambitious and people-focused culture. You will be joining one of the most successful and fastest growing practises in the business in their Manchester office.

Supporting a particularly busy Partner and team of fee earners (8 in total) this is a varied and highly involved PA position, providing proactive support to a team of Partners and fee earners.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive diary management, forward planning and coordinating meetings and travel
  • Organising complex travel arrangements and identifying cost-effective options
  • Preparing meeting packs, itineraries and coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality
  • Supporting fee earners with client billing, financial reports, matter balances and working capital
  • Managing matter opening and closing processes, including engagement letters and matter specifications
  • Supporting conflict checks, Client Due Diligence and Client Matter Inception processes
  • Working closely with Business Development on events, conferences, CRM administration, pitches and tenders
  • Supporting Client Relationship Partners with meetings, events and client reporting
  • Coordinating document production and wider administrative support
  • Ensuring files and matters are managed accurately and in line with the firm's compliance procedures

We are looking for someone with at least three years' experience working within a law firm, ideally supporting at Partner level previously.
