Senior Personal Assistant - Float
Salary: £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Leeds LS10
Contract: Permanent, full time
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch
Work model: Fully onsite during probation. After probation, the role is hybrid: 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

Purpose of the Role
The Floating Personal Assistant role provides exceptionally high-level, administrative and organisational support across multiple leaders and teams. Operating with precision, structure, and reliability, the role requires the ability to manage complex and frequently changing diaries, coordinate intricate multi‑stop travel itineraries, and respond rapidly to shifting priorities without compromising accuracy.
A successful Floating PA will demonstrate rigorous attention to detail, consistently high performance, strong judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, confidential, and internationally focused environment. Experience within private equity or financial services is highly beneficial, as is the ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously with professionalism, clarity, and dependable execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex diaries with accuracy, foresight, and adaptability
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and virtual arrangements
- Plan and manage intricate domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Provide rapid, precise responses to shifting priorities
- Handle calls, correspondence, and confidential information professionally
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders across time zones
- Prepare expenses, documents, reports, and communication materials
- Maintain highly accurate records, filing systems, and CRM information
- Support document production, formatting, and quality control
- Collaborate with wider teams, offering cover and support where required
- Uphold high standards of organisation, structure, and consistency
Key Competencies
- Demonstrated PA experience supporting multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfort working remotely while remaining connected and communicative
- Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action
