Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Greater London. The Personal Assistant will support daily executive and business activities, including:

The role involves handling clerical tasks such as:
- Preparing documents
- Maintaining records
- Managing email correspondence
- Assisting with filing and data entry
The Personal Assistant will also:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth communication across the team
- Provide general support during events, fittings, and showroom activities
Flexibility to assist with ad hoc tasks and prioritization of workload in a fast-paced fashion environment is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including organization, prioritization, and proactive support.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as managing senior stakeholders and handling confidential information.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, coordination, and follow-up.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic office software proficiency.
- Previous experience in fashion, creative industries, or a small business environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Greater London, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
