Overview
Our client, an international law firm, is looking for an experienced Legal PA to support Partners and fee earners within a Disputes team.
This is a varied role combining high-level PA support with client administration, billing, business development, and matter management. You will manage complex diaries and travel, coordinate client meetings, and work closely with Finance and Business Development teams to ensure fee earners receive efficient, accurate support.

Responsibilities
- Provide PA and administrative support to Partners and fee earners within the Disputes team.
- Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, meeting itineraries, and supporting materials.
- Work with Finance teams on billing, financial reports, and working capital.
- Support Business Development activity, including events, CV updates, bids, and tenders.
- Assist Client Relationship Partners with meetings, events, and client reports.
- Manage matter administration, including engagement letters and compliance checks.
- Coordinate administrative and document production tasks efficiently.

Requirements
- At least three years' experience in a comparable, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality client service.
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
