Team Assistant – Family Office

Hybrid | Up to 45 days international travel | £40,000–£50,000

We're looking for an exceptional Team Assistant to join a busy Family Office, providing dedicated support to the principal, alongside the Director of the Family Office and the wider team.

This is a standalone role, separate from the Family Office's two-PA duty rota, offering the opportunity to become a trusted extension of the principal across personal support, project coordination, lifestyle management, and administration.

No two days are the same. One day you could be coordinating a private event, researching suppliers, or arranging personal appointments; the next you could be travelling internationally, supporting logistics, or managing multiple projects behind the scenes. If you enjoy variety, take pride in anticipating needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
