Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: Manchester (Head Office) with occasional travel to LIVINGWAY developments

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Hours: Full Time

About LIVINGWAY

LIVINGWAY is a wellness and community-led Build to Rent operator redefining the resident experience. We believe exceptional homes are built around exceptional communities, combining hospitality, technology and wellness to create places people genuinely love to live.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety and wants to play an important role within a growing business.

The Role

As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO's time is effectively managed and that both business and personal commitments run seamlessly.

You will become the central point of coordination for the CEO, providing exceptional organisational support while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.

No two days will be the same. One day you may be coordinating meetings with investors, the next arranging travel, preparing board papers, organising events or ensuring actions from leadership meetings are completed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being one step ahead, solving problems before they arise and helping senior leaders operate at their best.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO's complex diary, ensuring priorities are effectively balanced.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documentation.
  • Take minutes where required and monitor completion of agreed actions.
  • Screen telephone calls and correspondence.
  • Draft professional emails, letters and business documents.
  • Manage confidential information with absolute discretion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
