Elior Support Services – The People Behind Every Plate

Every great meal starts somewhere. Not just in our kitchens, but in the teams that support them.

Whether you're driving strategy, managing risk, building brands, supporting our people, or keeping our business running smoothly, your work helps create the conditions for great food and exceptional service.

You may not be on the frontline. But your influence will be felt in every dish served, every contract won and every guest experience we create.

The person behind the people who lead our business.

We’re looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to become a trusted right hand to members of our Leadership Team, providing the pace, organisation and judgement that keeps senior leaders focused on what matters most.

This is far more than managing diaries and booking meetings. You’ll operate at the heart of the business, navigating complex priorities, anticipating what leaders need before they ask, managing sensitive information and making sure important decisions, meetings and commitments happen seamlessly.

You’ll be working confidently with senior stakeholders across the business, often juggling competing demands and changing priorities. We’re looking for someone who can hold their own in that environment — someone who is calm under pressure, commercially aware, highly organised and trusted to use their own judgement.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting the day-to-day coordination of our London office, helping create an environment where our Leadership Team and wider colleagues can work effectively.

What you’ll be serving up…

  • Being the trusted right hand to members of the Leadership Team, providing proactive, high-quality and confidential support.
  • Mastering complex diaries, balancing multiple senior leaders, competing priorities and last-minute changes while making sure the most important things get the right attention.
  • Taking control of key meetings, coordinating agendas, papers, rooms, logistics and follow-ups so leaders walk in prepared and walk out knowing what happens next.
  • Staying one step ahead, anticipating upcoming commitments, deadlines, information and potential issues rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Managing UK and international travel, creating seamless itineraries covering flights, accommodation and transport and resolving issues when plans inevitably change.
  • Taking care of the detail, managing expenses and administration accurately, efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Acting as a key connector across the Leadership Team, helping coordinate priorities, deadlines, projects and activity across the business.
  • Managing communications professionally, knowing what needs immediate attention, what can wait and who needs to be involved.
  • Supporting high-profile projects and events, keeping actions, deliverables and deadlines moving and ensuring nothing gets lost along the way.
  • Preparing leaders to succeed, pulling together research, briefing documents, presentations and information so they have exactly what they need, when they need it.
  • Handling sensitive information with absolute discretion, using sound judgement and professionalism at all times.
  • Helping keep our London office running smoothly, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day office matters and working with internal teams and suppliers where required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Ultimately, your role is simple: make life easier for the people leading the business.

You’ll create the structure around them, remove friction, spot what’s coming and make sure they’re always prepared.

The ingredients you’ll bring…

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in another senior-level support role.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders is highly desirable.
  • The confidence and maturity to operate comfortably with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without losing control of the detail.
  • Excellent judgement — you’ll know when to make a decision yourself, when to challenge, and when something needs escalating.
  • A genuinely proactive approach. You naturally think ahead, spot what’s missing and anticipate what your leaders will need next.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with diaries, documents, travel, expenses and sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to remain calm, composed and organised when plans change at short notice.
  • Resourcefulness and initiative — you’re someone who finds solutions rather than simply highlighting problems.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Absolute discretion, professionalism and integrity when dealing with confidential business and people information.
