What you’ll be doing day to day

You’ll become the right hand to a busy senior leader, helping them stay one step ahead while ensuring priorities, meetings and communications are handled efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Support strategic projects and business initiatives
- Managing a busy diary and inbox
- Prioritising tasks and flagging anything requiring urgent attention
- Acting as a first point of contact for calls, emails and enquiries
- Organising meetings, preparing agendas and following up on actions
- Producing reports, presentations and board materials
- Attending networking events and business meetings including some worldwide
What you’ll bring

You’ll be naturally organised, confident communicating with people at all levels and comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.

You’ll also have:
- A personal but personable approach that builds trust with senior stakeholders, including Board members, investors, clients and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence drafting correspondence and executive documents.
- Ideally, graduate-level education and at least two years’ experience within a PA, team secretary, coordinator or similar business support role
