Personal Assistant to Head of Clinical Operations Full-Time
SAH Diagnostics are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide direct support to the Head of Clinical Operations. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day management of clinical services and requires someone confident, detail-oriented.

You will act as the first point of contact for the Head of Clinical Operations, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring efficient communication across clinical teams and external partners and planning events, as necessary. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and the operational side of a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Previous administrative or PA experience (healthcare background advantageous)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Confident in MS Office and scheduling systems
- Professional, adaptable, and eager to grow within the business
