Location: Canary Wharf, London (fully in office)

Pay: £20ph - £24ph

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Contract: 12 months temp

We are recruiting for an experienced PA to support a busy Chief Executive office within a well-established organisation based in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting senior executives.

Key Duties

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Executive, managing enquiries, correspondence and visitors.
  • Manage and coordinate a busy and complex diary, appointments and schedules.
  • Proactively anticipate support requirements and ensure effective prioritisation of meetings, events and actions.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, events, conferences and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and executive correspondence.
  • Take accurate minutes and provide administrative support for senior leadership meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and board-level contacts.
  • Process invoices, expenses and budget-related administration.
  • Support business projects and organisational initiatives as required.

About You

  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or directors in a similar role.
  • Excellent diary management and coordination skills.
  • Experience organising meetings, events and travel arrangements.
  • Strong minute-taking and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, spelling and grammar.
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
