Personal Assistant – Hybrid (Avonmouth)

Support our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the success of a global business.

Are you a highly organised Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, anticipating needs, solving problems and ensuring senior leaders can focus on what matters most?

At Harding, we're looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to become a trusted partner to our Executive Leadership Team. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of an international business, supporting key decision-makers while playing a vital role in delivering exceptional organisation, coordination and support across the company.

About Us

Harding is leading the way in innovative onboard cruise retail. Working in partnership with some of the world's most prestigious cruise lines and leading global brands, we create unique shopping experiences for millions of guests worldwide.

As an award-winning global business, we're passionate about innovation, exceptional service and creating engaging experiences for both our customers and our colleagues.

The Opportunity

As Personal Assistant to our Executive Leadership Team, you'll be the person who brings structure, organisation and efficiency to a busy and dynamic leadership function.

No two days will be the same. One day you may be coordinating international travel and preparing detailed itineraries, the next you could be organising a leadership meeting, pulling together Board presentations or planning a company charity event.

You'll play a key role in helping our Executive Leadership Team stay organised, informed and connected, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
