PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MR BUKHARI
Location: Milton Keynes
Position: Full-Time Personal Assistant
Working Environment: Fast-paced / Office-based
Bukhari Chambers is looking for an exceptionally confident, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to work directly with Mr Bukhari.
This is not a conventional administrative role.
We are looking for someone who can become an extension of Mr Bukhari — someone who can understand his priorities, manage his schedule, keep track of his commitments and assist him with both his professional and day-to-day responsibilities.
THE ROLE
As Personal Assistant to Mr Bukhari, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating Mr Bukhari's calendar and daily schedule
- Organising meetings, appointments, consultations and other commitments
- Helping plan and prioritise his day-to-day workload
- Keeping track of deadlines, tasks, follow-ups and outstanding matters
- Assisting with professional and personal day-to-day tasks
- Coordinating arrangements and ensuring commitments are not overlooked
- Liaising confidently with clients, colleagues and external professionals
- Preparing Mr Bukhari for meetings, appointments and other commitments
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion
- Assisting Mr Bukhari with his social media activities and content
- Helping coordinate social media content, filming schedules and content requirements
- Assisting with the organisation and planning of social media posts and videos
- Helping ensure social media commitments and content deadlines are met
- Supporting communication and coordination with the firm's social media/creative team
- Anticipating what needs to be done and taking action before being asked
- Managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Providing general support to Mr Bukhari as and when required

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who is:
EXTREMELY CONFIDENT.
You will be dealing with clients, professionals, colleagues, and senior individuals on a regular basis. You must be comfortable communicating with people at all levels and representing Mr Bukhari professionally.
You must also be:

THIS ROLE REQUIRES INITIATIVE
We are not looking for someone who needs to be told what to do every five minutes.
The successful candidate will be able to look at Mr Bukhari's schedule, understand his priorities and think:
"What needs to happen next?"
You should be someone who can anticipate, organise and execute.
Plans can change quickly. Priorities can change throughout the day. You must be able to adapt immediately, remain composed and ensure that nothing gets missed.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Mr Bukhari has an active presence across social media, and the successful candidate will play a supporting role in helping manage his social media commitments.
You may be required to:
- Help coordinate filming and content schedules
- Remind and prepare Mr Bukhari for filming
- Assist with content ideas and organisation
- Coordinate with the social media and creative team
- Help ensure agreed content is produced and delivered on time
- Assist with managing social media-related tasks and deadlines
- Be present during filming where required

Previous social media experience is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is confidence, initiative, organisation and a willingness to learn.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a:
- Personal Assistant
- Executive Assistant
- Secretary
- Office Manager
- Senior Administrator
- Or in a similar position
would be advantageous.
Experience working directly with a senior professional, business owner, director or solicitor would also be beneficial.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital calendar/scheduling systems
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Confidence using social media and digital platforms
- Full flexibility and willingness to assist with a wide range of tasks
