About the Role
We are looking for a kind, reliable, and flexible Personal Assistant to support my daughter, Anna, who has Autism Spectrum Disorder and significant communication difficulties. Anna requires support with personal care, social activities, and emotional regulation. She uses tools like PECS and visual prompts to aid her understanding, and routine is very important to her well-being.

Responsibilities
- Assisting Anna with activities she enjoys, such as swimming, walks, or soft play
- Helping her navigate daily tasks
- Managing her emotional responses
- Ensuring her safety, particularly around situations she finds distressing, such as encountering dogs
Qualifications and Skills
- No formal qualifications are required
- Experience working with children with autism is preferred
- Must be patient, dependable, and able to follow direction while maintaining confidentiality
- Being a driver is preferred, and training will be provided as needed
