Job Reference: DP463820

Location: Barwell LE9

Rate: £17.50 per hour

Hours: 15.5 hours per week - 45 minute daily AM call, 45 minute daily PM call, and 2 hours cleaning and 3 hours social calls on weekends (hours can be shared between more than one Personal Assistant)

Contract: Self-Employed, Permanent

Closing Date: 4th November 2026

An individual in Hinckley requires support with daily routines and social engagement from one or more female, self-employed, Personal Assistants.

Role Requirements

You will be required to support with:

  • washing/showering, dressing and medication prompts (morning and evening calls)
  • light household duties on each call
  • domestic tasks throughout the house as required on weekend cleaning call
  • going shopping, cinema, cafes and garden centres on weekend social call

You must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle. The client will cover mileage costs when out socially.

The client was involved in a road traffic accident in which they sustained a fracture to their pelvis. They are a wheelchair user however will pivot transfer independently.

The client enjoys:

  • going to the cinema, shopping, cafes and garden centres
  • going to church and attending courses
  • reading books, crosswords and adult colouring books
  • doing gem art

They have 4 cats, a puppy, numerous guinea pigs and rabbits outside in the garden.
